Though life is simple, but it does seems hard sometimes. At some point in our life, we feel stuck and can't move forward.
It can't be denied that life tests our patience through various ways.
There are times when you are super excited about a small thing and also there are times when you feel very angry or sad over little things.
Your mood and emotions are complex. Although if you track their pattern and try to understand them, you can be happy 'outside and inside' soon. So why not try to unravel your emotional riddle yourself first before anyone else does that for you.
If you know about yourself, it will be easy for you to relax in any situation. You will then have the power in your hands to make yourself normal again whenever you feel agitated, miserable or angry.

Try to notice in small moments of your life,
doing what thing makes you happy
what things you are good at
what distorts your mood
what makes you angry
what makes you unhappy
With all this in mind, also remember not to ignore your inner emotions. Whatever is going on inside of you, must be solved. Ignoring the signs and pretending to be fine in front of your closed ones is unpleasant for your mental health.
Now next step is to try to focus on what made you normal again :
when you were sad
when you were angry
when you were agitated
This minimal information about yourself can make you connect more with yourself and lead to more self satisfaction as well.

You can be pretty vulnerable when you are feeling anger or sadness(when your emotions are getting dis-balanced). These emotions do require your attention and need to be handled properly.
Its important to control them by yourself before someone else takes that control from you. If you know you, you'll know that you will be okay soon.
Knowing more about yourself can be helpful for your partner as well. There are pretty good chances that they can make up your mood if you fail at that.
So, dig into yourself a bit, realize how interesting you are and take a little step to make yourself ready for your mood swings!
