     Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand, use and manage your emotions in a positive way to communicate effectively, relieve stress and overcome challenges. It can help you to connect more with your emotions and turn your intentions into actions. Also, it can help you discover the happier you!


    Fostering your emotional needs is essential. However people do care a lot about their physical health but when it comes to their emotional or mental health, they are pretty ignorant. 

  Your mood and your emotions have a great impact in different segments of your life whether its work or study, relationship or friendship. So, you gotta be intelligent while dealing with them. 
     
    We are living in an era of technology. So many inventions are spurring out every day. The virtual world we created on Facebook, Instagram all looks so merry. But are we really contented and happy in our life? Don't you find the hypocrisy in social media where everyone is on the top of the world and is peculiarly happy. 
  
  Let's face it. We all go through bad days and it is normal to be not okay sometimes. In those times, just remind yourself that it will be okay. It will surely take some time, but it will be fine soon. Tell yourself that however bad it may be, there might be someone suffering more than you . 
   
    Starting to accept that you have problems is the first step. It will ease out the struggle a bit. Secondly,you should start to speak up a bit about the things you are going through. If you try to speak, you'll find someone to listen and understand. Keeping your anxieties to yourself will only make you worse. 
   
    Keeping thoughts in your mind emotionally exploits you and makes you vulnerable. So, Figure out what makes you happy and what distorts your  mood. Try to find things you are grateful for in your life. Starting to follow a hobby would be awesome. At the end of the day, you should get some time for yourselves too. Pampering always helps in enhancing mood.

    You have to be happy with your life. That would only happen if you clear the clutter out of your mind, do things you love, share your time with people you like and who make you feel valuable.

  Don't waste this time for people who don't worry about you. You have yourself and that's enough. You just need to realize it!
